What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation. Clients leave the consultation knowing the plan of action. We strive to implement the first step of all plans within two business days. For the duration of the case we pride ourselves on keeping clients informed of all case goings on and being responsive to client needs.
How did you get started in this business?
I first started working in law firms while I was an undergraduate student at Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia in 2009.
