About
I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with a practical approach to life's experiences. I help people work through and understand the thorns of life so they can get back to smelling the roses.
I enjoy helping people understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is practical and can easily be used to learn skills that can be used outside of therapy.
