I love to not just help people with Reiki, essential oils and ohter hollistic methods, I love empowering others to help themselves. I especially love teaching Reiki. The best part of giving Reiki to my clients is the look of peace when I am done, and when teaching Reiki, I love helping my students realilze the power and ability to help others they have. Helping others is a beautiful thing! I work with a lot of children, people with childhood trauma, PTSD and those going through a spiritual awakening.

I have been seeing Terri for a few months now for chronic joint pain and stress reduction. I have been living for chronic joint pain due to arthritis for several years. It has resulted in 6 surgeries in the past five years. Since I have found Terri I no longer suffer from the pain I was experiencing before. After a recent surgery I was heavily medicated for the pain it inflicted, after seeing Terri I no longer required medication. She is absolutely amazing! My chronic pain has subsided and I no longer suffer anxiety from stress and emotional problems. I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only is she a master of the craft or Reiki, she has a open, caring and kind demeanor and you will instantly feel comfortable with her. If you suffer from any pain or trauma I highly recommend seeing Terri.

Reiki is the best thing that has happened to me. I have been searching for a long time for something and have found it in Reiki. I have tried lots of other therapies, such as massage therapy, and nothing compares. While massage therapy has helped my muscles to be relaxed and feels good in the moment, Reiki continues to help even when I leave Terris office, and each time I grow more. Terri at Hearts of Balance is amazing. I have been able to find more inner balance, focus and positive energy. Terri listens to what I need and is able to focus on areas that will support me.

I had my first Reiki session with Terri two weeks ago, and I will be seeing her again today. I cannot wait to go back. Terri truly has a gift and my first Reiki session was one of the most transformative experiences of my adult life. I felt much more connected afterwards to myself, on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels— nevertheless calmer, which is a beautiful thing for someone who has struggled with life-long anxiety. Terri appeared in my life exactly when I needed her. I had been in a PTSD trauma activation for over 5 months, when I was drawn to Hearts In Balance website. As a woman veteran, I am constantly working on balance in my life due to my combat and trauma experience. I have had Reiki before and have found it resonated with me. When I saw Terris offer for free Reiki for veterans, I knew that I was divinely guided to her for healing. What I found was an amazing spiritual healer who speaks through Reiki Heart-love, in an authentic and gentle way. For anyone reading this: Terri Wilson is an excellent Reiki professional. She helped me, Lord knows that woman helped me get through some shit. I sit back and thank the heavens for the place Im in today. Yall need to get that distance reiki cause I did and I came across Gods and Archangels....(Im not saying this will happen to you) your imprint and definition is yours alone. Schedule your reiki session today people. Seriously....it will heal things you never knew about, existed and will be grateful to have released what most of us carry lifetimes.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like for new customers to come in early to fill out paperwork adn answer any questions they may have. For Reiki I do a general energy clearing, then have them lie down fully clothed on a massage table or chair, discuss what they wish to work on /focus on. Energy flows from my hands into the client. Most sessions are an hour. For Spiritual advice/ readings, usually an hour. All sessions can be in person, by skype, phone or Facebook chat/video sessions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Certified Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master Teacher. I also am Certified in Traditional Usui Hiki Ryoko Reiki Levels 1, 11, and III Degree Reiki Master Teacher, as well under Carolyn Musial from the International Center for Reiki Training for Usui/Holy FireII Reiki Ryoho 1st and 2nd Degree, and William L Rand from the International Center for Reiki Training for Usui/Holy FireIII Reiki Ryoho for Art (Advanced Reiki Training) & Reiki Master Teacher, & Karuna Holy Fire Reiki Master, as well as a few other modalities of energy healing.
