I believe providing a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental and empathetic environment encourages the client to explore and challenge issues that threaten their ability to live their best life. Tailored to meet individual client's needs; I integrate a variety of evident based treatment modalities such as Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectal Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person- Centered Therapy, Family systems, Solution-Focused Therapy, Validation Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to name a few.

As a License Professional counselor with over 20 years of experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings; I have worked with a diverse population treating Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Relational and Family issues, Lifestyle Change(s) and Transitions, Self-Esteem and Peer Pressure. Populations served includes children, adolescents, adults and geriatrics.
