Hi there! I provide online and in person sessions. We primarily work with women who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress, as well as those who are parents children who have special needs and/or behavioral issues. We special in helping moms manage the day the day stress that they may be dealing with. My approach is holistic and customized based on your specific set of circumstances. Prior to booking any sessions, a free video consultation is required to determine if we are a good fit to work together on your journey. You may schedule this consult the link on my profile.
I really enjoy helping women get back to the “me” where they felt the most happiest, the most in control of their lives. I do this in a least restrictive, relaxed environment, where we can be comfortable building the much needed rapport to have the best therapeutic relationship possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer you a free 20 minute phone consultation to ensure that before booking a session, we feel like this is a good fit for both of us! On the call I will share my style with you (it's different than most), my background and where my speciality is, as well as to be able to hear a little more about what is bringing you to therapy and what you'd hope to achieve from it to know it has been successful!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed professional counselor in both South Carolina and North Carolina. My physical location is in Columbia, SC. I have earned a Bachelor of Social Work, a Dual Master’s on Business and Management, and a Master’s in Counseling. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Hypnotherapist.

I am credentialed in South Carolina with BCBS, Cigna, and UHC. I also accept OON benefits and will provide you with a superbill to give to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
If you are private pay, you can purchase a package of services or pay for each session as you attend.
