About
People are confronted with challenges at various times in their life cycle. Despite their best efforts, they may feel stuck, have relational difficulties and experience feelings of confusion, sadness, depression, isolation, alienation, anger or other unpleasant emotions.
I focus on assisting people in identifying unresolved issues enabling them to feel empowered and make changes, reaching their healthiest potential to promote personal and relational healing. I utilize an integrative treatment approach incorporating cultural context and trauma history. I work with children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, and families, utilizing various modalities including: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Psycho Dynamics Theory, Structural Family Therapy, Imago Model Couple Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, and Past Life Regression.
Treatment is provided to individuals who have experienced abuse, neglect, separation or loss, or who have been diagnosed with anxiety, adjustment disorder, depression, eating disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, personality disorder, post traumatic stress disorder. I help to resolve issues related to cross-cultural adjustment, women's concerns, LGBTQ, and displacement.
I also specialize in adoption matters and assist with healing core issues of loss, grief and identity.
