Hello! I have 35 years of experience in mental health care. I have dedicated a lifetime career to helping individuals, couples, and families live healthier and happier lives. I have recently received professional training in medical cannabis, trauma recovery, and therapeutic yoga. I also help people navigate the online dating process successfully and safely.

We set up an initial appointment at my office via phone call, text, or email. Appointments are typically one hour. At the first appointment the client will complete an information sheet and life and wellness inventory. We will discuss the issues they would like to address in counseling and establish a schedule of appointments and discuss fee structure that best suits their needs based on their life circumstances.
