About
Over my 30 years of experience, I have seen that when clients reach out for help, it is a sign of strength and a willingness to change. I view counseling as a partnership between the client and myself, and help each client learn a new skill set that enables them to grow through life's experiences. I provide a non-judgmental and calming environment. A holistic approach is used, which recognizes the importance of addressing body, mind, emotions, and spirit in order to achieve and maintain health. I am a safe, neutral sounding board for clients, which allows them to learn, grow, and heal.
