I help break down each issue giving advice on how to overcome and how to turn what you overcame into wisdom where my clients can pass it down to the next.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Quick and no pressure walk through of past & present issues. Ask 5 goals like to be completed from session and give a time frame of certain goals. Email a goal sheet and walk through tips . A courtesy follow up email and after goal sheet is completed last question will be what can you can into wisdom.
