We are a group of therapists focused on helping families. We have couples counseling, individual counseling for all ages, and DBT groups. We offer both faith based and secular counseling. We have four therapists from unique backgrounds and skillsets. We enjoy working as a team and colaberating to be able to help people in effective and dynamic ways.

Whether you are making intentional changes in your life, navigating relationship issues or a mental health diagnosis, we’ll work together to understand what’s going on and find tools and strategies that help you move forward. My goal is to help you strengthen your relationships: with yourself, with others, and with the world around you. I provide direct services to address mental health challenges for children, youth and adults. People are facing difficulties that resemble trauma and may not feel prepared to address their needs. My doctorate is in human behavior and I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 20 years.
