I provide direct services to address mental health challenges for children, youth and adults. People are facing difficulties that resemble trauma and may not feel prepared to address their needs. My doctorate is in human behavior and I have been a licensed marriage and family therapist for over 20 years.

We are a group of therapists focused on helping families. We have couples counseling, individual counseling for all ages, and DBT groups. We offer both faith based and secular counseling.
