PTCONNECT Physical Therapy accepts virtually all major insurance carriers including Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, Regence BlueCross BlueShield, Legacy, PacificSource, and Optum, and we are working on expanding our network. For all patients with no insurance coverage or out-of-network insurance carriers, we offer a number of cost effective out-of-pocket physical therapy options. How did you get started in this business?
I cannot speak to the immeasurable benefit of in-person Physical Therapy. The same holds true with an alternate method of physical therapy that has just begun to surface, telehealth. In the physical therapy industry we see a ridiculous amount of cancellations and rescheduling. In today's fast pace lifestyle we have little to no spare time and many people may not fully understand what Physical Therapy is and what it has to offer. This was the spark for PTCONNECT Physical Therapy.
What types of customers have you worked with?
PTCONNECT Physical Therapy was created and is managed by licensed doctors of physical therapy with experience in every PT setting including Outpatient/Private Practice, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and Travel PT assignments. As such, the team has studied the strengths and weakness of Physical Therapy in it's various forms of the practice.
