About
I have worked with people of all ages (4 to 88), in both outpatient clinics and inpatient settings, as well as teaching college students, conducting psychological tests, and supervising other therapists and staff. I utilize research-validated tools with my clients, and work to help you find relief in the first session. I am a Level 2 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and am a Christian.
I have worked in multiple settings, including schools, hospitals, colleges, and community clinics, helping children, teens, adults, families, couples and groups.
I love helping my clients find new joy and fulfillment in their lives! Everyone faces obstacles sometimes, and having someone to help you navigate makes it so much easier for you. I have been a therapist for 27 years and have helped 1000s of clients, families and couples overcome many different challenges.
I especially enjoy helping others discover how amazing and wonderful they really are, the way they were made by God!
