I'm a MS; LPC with certification in TF-CBT, CPT, CAMS, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, and continuing to train to keep myself updated on the best therapeutic models. I have experience with children and adults between the age of 3 y.o. to over 60 y.o. I'm professional in my interaction with clients and care about the confidentiality of each client and their families. My goal is to each understanding of self and skills that create a more productive mindset that create confidence and awareness of self calming skills and emotional regulation.

I'm able to interact with clients and families grasping their understanding of thinking and background that has shaped their world view. This ability to learn from others has helped me to be more humble with the therapeutic process which create the ability to see joy in those that I help when they realize that the knowledge they seek is within themselves.
