We find ourselves trapped in ways of doing things that may have worked in the past or just helped us survive, but now you're in a place in your life where you are done with just surviving. You want to live. You want to live the way you want to live, that works for you right here and now, not the way your brain is telling you that you have to live like you did in the past.
I love working with individuals from every stage of life and meeting them exactly where they are, wihtout judgement, and partnering with them to live the life they want to live.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to talk with you about what it means for you to live the life you want to live and what that looks like for you. Getting started can be the hardest step. When you call I will walk you through the process and partner with you every step of the way.

I'm excited to serve clients throughout the entire state of Ohio. All you need is a video enabled device such as a laptop, tablet, or phone and an internet connection. The online connection for counseling is through a HIPAA secure video provided by our agency.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
To keep our rates flexible and affordable, we do not except health insurance. Typically, session costs are comparable to a specialist copay but without the hassle and extra expense of dealing with insurance deductibles or coinsurance.
Fee schedule is flexible and I'm glad to work with clients based on their financial situation. We're able to accept client payments through check or credit card.
