We provide Mental Health Counseling via e counseling and phone counseling. Our specialities include: substance abuse treatment, trauma based therapy, and Mental Health Counseling with a focus on Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorders, relationship issues, and Substance Abuse issues. Our approach mainly stems from the evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy DBT. Our counselors are independently licensed in Chemical Dependency and Professional Clinical Counseling (LICDC, LPCC).
