Minds At Peace
About
I have a unique background of training that began 30 years ago. This background gives me a greater understanding of how the brain works when addressing a variety of problems such as stress, anger, anxiety and depression. I use a mindfulness based approach to meet a client where they are now and then help them to get where they want to go. All with compassion, a sense of humor but without judgement.
I enjoy watching the transformations people make when they decide to make a change in their life. It’s exciting to be a part of that journey. I love interacting with people one to one whether in person or online.
