I have a unique background of training that began 30 years ago. This background gives me a greater understanding of how the brain works when addressing a variety of problems such as stress, anger, anxiety and depression. I use a mindfulness based approach to meet a client where they are now and then help them to get where they want to go. All with compassion, a sense of humor but without judgement.
I enjoy watching the transformations people make when they decide to make a change in their life. It’s exciting to be a part of that journey. I love interacting with people one to one whether in person or online.

I work with people dealing with significant stress that often is revealed as anxiety, anger, or depression. I teach people the skills of mindfulness and meditation. I also treat people with various kinds of addictions. I am the only provider in the TriState that is certified to provide Sit to Quit mindfulness based smoking cessation.
I am currently writing a rock musical about how heroin affects an individual and his family. This is an ongoing project that continues to gain momentum and support.
