I have a Master's Degree from Ashland University. I use EMDR and IFS to help people heal from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and more.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll start with a free phone consultation. This will help me get a high-level picture of what is going on and ensure that I'm the best person to help you. From there, we will do an intake session where I get to know you and we start making a plan.

How did you get started in this business?
I started out in the business world doing project management but realized I had a deep desire to help people heal. I love learning and being able to use what I know to help others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Adults, men and women from their 20s-60s.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Give a therapist 3 sessions. If it's not a good fit, shop around and try someone else.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Get as clear of a picture as possible of what the problem is. This includes:
- What exactly is the problem that I want to address
- When did it start?
- How often do I have it?
- What activates or triggers it?
- How intense is it?
- How long does it last?
