I specialize in adult individuals who struggle with addictions, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and trauma. I primarily employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy; Community Reinforcement Approach therapy; Brief Solution Focused,Motivational Interviewing therapy, Strength-Based therapy.
I provide services for AoD assessments; court ordered assessment and individual, family and group counseling. I can also provide ongoing therapy for addiction. I have thirty hours of training in trauma. I have veteran specific training. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, I also provide supervision for LPC's.
