Monica Kettler, M.Ed LPCC-S graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Ohio University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. Monica is passionate about supporting adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and grief. Using a person-centered approach, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, she focuses on creating a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship.
