I have my master's degree in clinical mental health counseling with a concentration in crisis and trauma. My foundation is person centered with a belief that we can all heal and live the life we want. I use many interventions and work with all ages. I have worked in the community mental health field as a case manager and now as a therapist. Call today for a 30 minute meet and greet. I currently accept Ohio Medicaid, CareSource, Optum/UHC,Cigna, Molina, and Aetna as well as accept private pay. I offer extended hours and have handicap accessible office. I also provide telehealth using a HIPPA compliant platform for video sessions.
It is important to me that I promote the healing journey. This world can be harsh and often times people can feel lost and even abandoned. I want to offer hope and assist you in traveling your healing journey.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first session is an assessment that will last approximately a hour. This is so we can explore the best approach that fits their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters in Science Mental Health Counseling with a concentration in crisis and trauma. I am a Licensed Professional Clincial Counselor and National Certified Counselor. I have attended seminars and am registered with Star Behavioral Providers to work with veterans and their families.

The assessment 60-75 minute session is $125.00.
Individual 55 minute session is $120.00
Prolonged Exposure Therapy are 90 minutes 150.00 8-20 sessions are the average requirements to make noticeable difference in the reduction of symptoms.
I accept Ohio Medicaid, CareSource, Optum/UHC, and Cigna. I also accept self-pay and have a sliding scale for those who qualify.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out working as a therapeutic program worker for the state of Ohio. I then became a Intervention Specialist in the Licking County area. I currently work with individuals, families, children, and first responders as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with several individuals who have had a wide range of issues they wanted to address. Some of the areas that I have training include: depression, anxiety, sleep issues, ADHD, grief, communication, sexual trauma, trauma, domestic violence,military families and veterans.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
It is important that you are comfortable with the therapist and that is why I offer a 30 minute meet and greet to provide you the opportunity to ask questions free.
