Hand 2 Hand, provides mentorship and reentry resources for formally incarcerated individuals leaving the State of Ohio penal systems.

The Hand 2 Hand, Inc. organization was founded in 2011, its a Faith-based, non-profit Organization that currently assist inmates and the formerly incarcerated to prepare and be ready to fully enter society with confidence and hope.

We link inmates and the former incarcerated with available community resources based on their needs and interests.

Reentry Matters: The ability of men and woman to fully transition from life in prison to a productive and positive life within the community can often be traumatic. The need to assist these individuals and in establishing a safe place within a community has resulted in community partnerships. Faith-based mentorship and transitional training is one of many potential tools for preparing inmates for successful reentry into society.

The organization has been successful in securing partners to provide a holistic approach for formally incarcerated clients, current and recovering substance abusers, aging elderly, unemployed, and low-income adults and youths.

Providing services for others that will help them regain their place in socieity. Helping other help themselves.
