About
I help clients of all ages who have very little control over their anger and tend to explode in rages. I’ll help by teaching the difference between aggression and anger, and that anger is natural and ways that it can be expressed appropriately.
I help clients learn to have healthy conflicts instead of damaging argument so they can build stronger relationships with their loved ones, employers, or colleagues by communicating more effectively and reducing the negative emotional impact during and after a heated argument.
My areas of expertise include: depression and/or anxiety, working with family systems, interpersonal trauma, and emotion regulation. I’ll work with your thoughts and behaviors, and use mindfulness skills to learn how you can successfully manage your emotions. We'll work best together if you really want to improve your mood, improve your relationships, or get through difficult times.
It is an honor to work alongside clients wanting to improve their sense of achievement and make themselves feel more positive, relaxed, and happier in their current and/or future relationships.
