I am privileged to be allowed to know my clients in a very deep way. I get to help people change their lives every day!
I love helping overwhelmed new moms become confident in their new roles. I love helping couples who have been unhappy for years reconnect in a deep and meaningful way. I love helping people who have been stifled by their depression, anxiety, or trauma live fuller, richer, more joyous lives. I love helping people whose lives have been derailed by addiction on there journey toward sobriety.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you are interested in becoming a client, please call me at 330-670-8090, or email [email protected]. We will start with a brief phone consult to discuss your counseling needs and whether I am the right counselor for you. If so, we will schedule our initial appointment. If we decide that I am not the best counselor for you to work with at this time, I will do my best to give you an appropriate referral.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a master's degree in Community Counseling from the University of Akron, and an Educational Specialist degree in School Counseling from Kent State University. I also have specialty training in working with perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, as well as advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
The fee per session is $125.00. I made the decision years ago to withdraw from all insurance panels to remove third party interference from my relationships with my clients. This maximizes your confidentiality and keeps treatment decisions in the hands of the client-therapist team.
Upon request, we will send a monthly courtesy bill to your insurance company if you would like to potentially recoup some of your out-of-pocket costs. Please speak to me or my administrative assistant for more details.
