About
I have over 30 years of experience in mental health and education. I have always loved working with people, helpiing them connect to their deeper core selves, and rediscovering their gifts, talents, and joy, so that they can show up as their best selves in the world, for themselves, families, and loved ones. I have worked with depression, anxiety, substance abuse, sexual abuse, trauma, and many other mental health disorders. My goal has always been not just to treat, but to help people heal from their trauma, so that they can live happier, healthier, and better lives.
I love working with people, exploring sides of themselves and rediscovering the greatness that each person carries within. I LOVE to see that transformations that I have seen through my mental health therapy and coaching work. I love to see people that thought they couldn't (whatever they think they couldn't do), come out on the other side more resilient, joyful, excited about life and about what they have to offer the world.
