About
I love supporting people through the difficulties of life. In doing so, I love to laugh, joke, connect, be real, and down to earth. I have an audacious and thought provoking approach to treatment. My approach allows me to directly connect with clients in a manner that is comfortable and authentic. Through treatment I provide my clients with healthy challenges, and autonomy in guiding their own treatment. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do provide a free 30 min consultation to discuss your therapy needs. I offer in person and virtual therapy sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's degree in Social Work, and I am licensed as a mental health provider. I use a variety of modalities which incorporate best practice from DBT, CBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and Psycho-education. I believe in a strengths based, person-centered approach that is holistic, eclectic and guided by the individual needs of the client and their family.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I offer a sliding scale fee. I only take private pay at this time. I do not accept insurances.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I believe relationships building is an important part of the therapuetic process. A person should feel as though they can develop a healthy rapport with a therapist. Select a therapist that supports your authentic presence. No one should ever feel they cannot be themselves when engaging a mental health professional.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Here are a few questions: What are you expectations of the client and therapist relationship? What should a client expect during the first session? What treatment approaches are important to you and why? What happens we are not a good fit? Do you have your own therapist? The role is a therapist is not an easy one. A healthy therapist should have their own therapist to support them in balancing their own emotional health related to client work.
