After taking a subjective history about their current comlpaint, I like to run through a thorough postural/functional assessement.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a doctorate in physical therapy and certified in Mulligan Technique and RockTape.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Standard pricing is $175 for the hour; I am in-network with Cigna and Out-of-Network with other major insurances.
