Hands on, one-on-one, phsyiotherapy treatments. Specializing in orthopedic PT. Including scoliosis, diastasis, post-surgical rehab, pre-surgical strengthening, and more.

All three therapist at Alta PT are Schroth Certified scoliosis specialist. I myself am certified in both the Barcelona and German school of Schroth. I have also been trained in golf-specific functional movement screens and barefoot mechanics.

The variety of people I meet is the best part about working in NYC. Getting all the different worlds of people to come to me and teach them to live better lives makes every day worth working.

All new patients start with one-on-one evaluations that last up to an hour long. A detailed testing of strengths, weaknesses, and movement analysis will be utilized to help our specialists develop a personally tailored rehabilitation program. 

Our practice has over 40 years of combined experience in orthopaedic injuries. We are all Schroth Scoliosis certified therapist and hold many certificates for hands-on manual therapy techniques. 

Pricing varies according to your out-of-network benefits. It is best to contact us directly so that we may see what benefits your insurance has. We accept most insurances if they have out-of-network benefits. 

We treat patients from as young as elementary school to as experienced as 90+ Birthdays. Although we work with many athletes, sports injury is not the only types of injury we treat.
