I am an Integrative Health Praticioner who has combined traditional nutrition/dietitian education with metaphysical/wholistic treatment. I am a Registered Dietitian who has helped thousands of individuals achieve a healthy weight and improve their overall well being. I am also an Energetic counselor. I utilized modalities such as chakra balancing, Reiki, meditation, DNA activiation, and quantum connection to help facilitate gentle transformation for the client I am priviledged to work with.

Helping people be their best self. Truly listening to what my client needs, so I can guide them to make the necessary changes in their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body. This is an integrative wholistic approach, one in which the outcome entails peace and joyful living.
I particularly enjoying working with clients who are experiencing situations that I have lived through- chronic illness (endometriosis), sexual abuse, abandonment (adoption), discrimination (gay lifestyle), infertility (endometriosis).

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A no cost initial consultation to align with the client. Discuss the services I offer and discover how best to meet their needs. From there, a specific individualized plan will be developed. Through the process, on-going coaching is provided to help my client meet their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Registered Dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutrition/Health/Fitness. 20 years experience in counseling.
Multiple certifications in Reiki, Chakra therapy, Numerology/Astrology.

How did you get started in this business?
Self-motivated from my own experiences. After getting through my own struggles, I wanted to use my success in regaining my health to help others find their way as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Endometriosis and Bariatric patients. Along with people who struggle with anxiety, infertility, abandonment, discrimination.

Helping a patient find the right doctor to treat her endometriosis!
