We mostly enjoy the relationship we develop with our patients. We enjoy the functional improvements, but since we treat patients for weeks, we eventually becoming a family member!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step, we need to check that we can travel to the patient's location.
Then, we need to verify patient's insurance coverage.
Next step, we need to receive an MD prescription for In-Home Physical Therapy.
Lastly, the Physical Therapist will call patient and arrange a visit within few days!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Physical Therapists are licensed in the State of New York, more than 17 years of experience.
All hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited USA universities.
We have Physical Therapists with special certification on Vertigo/Dizziness and balance issues!

We accept Medicare insurance.
How did you get started in this business?
Since 2009, we realized that treating patients at their residence can provide great benefits to the patient.
No travel time, no taxi/parking expenses, no weather issues.
ONE to ONE, up to 60 min sessions!

We work with any type of diagnoses that any outpatient clinic will treat.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure that your treating Physical Therapist is properly trained.
Most home care practices advertise the expertise of the owner and not of YOUR therapist. Ask questions about your PT!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask about PT education, prior experience and if they have ever treated another patient with your problems/issues. How do they do?
