What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our intake process is streamlined and convenient, ensuring you receive quality care in a timely manner and getting you the help you need, when you need it.
You will be contacted by one of our coordinators who will verify your information and answer any questions you may have to make sure you are 100% comfortable before getting started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of therapists has over 20 years of combined experience in rehabilitative services and are all licensed, certified professionals.

How did you get started in this business?
Established in 2012.
@Home Therapy was started by Director and CEO Russ Tavroff, OTR/L in 2012 to serve the needs of the senior community of Queens and Nassau Counties in New York. Russ realized that for many seniors, the rehabilitation programs offered in outpatient clinics was not effective for patients once they were back in their homes. @Home Therapy is designed to fill this need, rehabilitating seniors in the comfort of their own home. Over time, the company has grown to service Queens and Nassau as well as Brooklyn and Manhattan and continues to provide the highest level of in-home services for the elderly population - where it matters, when it matters.
