I've been a massage therapist for over eight years, specializing in deep tissue, sports massage and myofascial release. In addition to massage, I am also a Certified Pilates Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher so I have an extensive understanding of the human body and draw from many years experience and multiple disciplines when providing massage
