What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start with an initial assessment consultation, including wellness, time management, emotional & financial fitness assessment components, so as to establish a needs analysis from which to start coaching you from the specific area you are in need right now, and to map out your personal comprehensive Life Management & 4 Year Career Game Plan!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of corporate training across various direct selling companies, industries and concentrations. I have also studied and utilized various marketing and personal development coaches ideologies, such as John Maxwell, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracey and others.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I am proud to have a VERY AFFORDABLE structure to accommodate ANY BUDGET. This is an a la carte service that goes on into perpetuity as long as your needs demand it. The rate is primarily based on an iniial $99 coaching retainer with assessment & gameplan, then by ongoing hours, a la carte business start up packages, and one on one sessions!
How did you get started in this business?
I got into coaching in order to build a residual income and share my wealth of experience and invaluable resources that I have acquired along my career path. I have discovered coaching to be the magic that has crystallized my desire to make a living while making a difference!

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Defining my WHY; clearly identifying WHY I pursue my personal goals, as it has given me the ULTIMATE motivation. In a PLAN, DO, REVIEW lifestyle, this motivation to not only SUCCEED, but STAY COMMITTED on a daily ongoing basis can be TOUGH. I am fond of my "why" as an event, because it has HONESTLY crystallized & transformed my REASON into a TANGIBLE SPARK that actually spurs me ON INTO ACTION to achieve my goals!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ensure clarity in the RESULTS you are seeking and that the coaching can assist in that endeavor.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Capacity. People have time & availability constraints that can impact service delivery. Ask yourself, "do I have the needed available time in my schedule to do this"? Be realistic about the ACTUAL time you have available to invest in taking ACTION in this endeavor to ensure you get all that coaching has to offer!
