Finding a therapist that is a good fit for you is important. I strive to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can share what you're experiencing and be heard. What if there was a way to reduce chronic symptoms, have a greater understanding of yourself, improve your relationships and live life more fully? Sometimes, it is hard to imagine how or where to start, but you don’t have to do it alone.
As a counselor, I use an eclectic approach. Some therapeutic interventions include: CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology to help individuals with successfully navigating the obstacles in their lives.
If you are interested in developing skills to successfully manage your life, keeping your mind and body integrated with your heart, I would be happy to support you!
I enjoy building rapport with clients and allowing them to fully participate in their own therapy.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact and brief 15 minute phone call or text to establish need and provide available times for session.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BS in Applied Behavioral Sciences
MS in Marriage, Family and Child Therapy
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Session cost is $85.00 per 55-minute session. I currently do not accept insurance.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common populations I work with are individuals and couples. I work closely with anxiety, depression, chronic pain/chronic illness, and personality disorders.
