I am an existential humanistic practitioner who will provide an empathetic, non-judgemental, and confidential environment where you can be fully heard and understood. I am not interested in identifying symptoms to label human beings in order to meet the needs of insurance companies. I am interested in meeting the needs of individuals, families, and couples by utilizing a mind, body , and spirit approach with the intent of addressing the root cause of pain and discomfort.

To develop rapport and create a therapeutic alliance with the client. To understand the clients perspective, needs , and what he/she would like to accomplish through talk therapy.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, published author, internet radio show for 8 years, and personal trainer for 30 years.

I work with clients on a sliding scale. I don't want to turn clients away who want to make a sincere effort to change their life.
