But who am I?

I am a 38 year old clinical mental health counselor. I have seen over 4000 patients with all types of issues. I specialize in dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship issues. I have literally worked with people of all ages. I truly enjoy helping people.

How do I accomplish this?

Through client centered therapy. This means it is about you. I am there to listen. I do not ask you “how did that make you feel?” Or any of those other cliche therapy questions. I also don't repeat what you've already said. I will listen and truly try to help you discover your way down whatever path your journey is currently taking you on. I will help guide you, but it ultimately is about what you want. I do not believe in medication. I believe that you can learn new ways to Think about things and then start to process these things differently. Let’s get started.
