What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to get to know my clients and complete a detailed assessment based on their needs. The assessment is essential in the the counseling process and is an ever-changing guide based on the continuous improvement and needs of the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated in 2011 with a Master's degree in Social Work from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. I have more than 10 years of experience counseling others in various settings, with many needs. I am a Senior Professor at Spring Arbor University, part time and counseling is my full time career.
