I am a licensed therapist in NJ. I specialize in adults, children and families. I have expertise with behavior challenges, autism, attention/focus, parenting, and anxiety. I utilize a multi modality approach including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, play therapy and talk therapy to help patients define and meet goals in all areas of life.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free 5 minute phone consultation determine the fit. In the first session, I gather background information and information on presenting problems. In sessions I help the patient define goals and determine the right modalities to help them meet those goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed clinical social worker in NJ. I also have my school social work certificate and extensive training with children of all needs and levels including applied behavior analysis and play therapy.

I charge $190 for the initial session. I charge $150 for a 45-50 minute session. I accept out of network insurance . I offer some sliding scale slots.
How did you get started in this business?
I knew my career path from a young age in elementary school and I achieved that goal with education and licensing.
