About
My belief is therapy is not a straight line, there is not a solution that goes A to B in the most direct way. The meandering to change as I like to visualize the therapeutic process, allows the individual to unpack their thoughts and feelings at their pace they feel comfortable with. In my style Is a very conversational way of allowing someone to become comfortable with the person telling me about themselves, the what, when why and how at their own pace. I am an advocate for those who choose to see me, at each and any contact it is always about the needs of the person I am engaging with.
At each session with the individual, there is the opportunity to support the individual their healing. It is the hope that exists from the relationship the support that I can offer someone, with the eventual listening to the individual talk about their success and views of their life they didn't think was possible. It is believing the impossible is possible that motivates me to engage with those I see in trearment.
