Midwest Brain Training Institute
About
I would love to share my 20 years of experience in behavioral health with you on your journey. As a Mental Health Therapist, I am excited about applying cutting-edge neuroscience to the therapeutic practice to create a healing space. Treating the whole person and empowering you to engage your mind, body, and spirit in healing and wellness is my passion. I have enjoyed my 20 years of experience facilitating healing and support groups. My recent experience has been facilitating groups at Nebraska Medicine in the addiction medicine dual diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Program during online Covid protocols. I am very comfortable with Telehealth now. I also enjoyed my time creating and facilitating a brain training course for our local Veterans' home. My trauma and resiliency training informs my clinical practice to this day.
I look forward to speaking with you about this opportunity to serve your optimal growth together.
