Trina McDonald, Sole Proprietor
About
My name is Trina McDonald and I am a Psychotherapist offering therapy for those with mental illness and substance use disorders. I have been in the field for more than fifteen years and I have a passion for this work. I use a client-centered, strength based approach and serve those who are dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, and addictions. It is important to build a therapeutic relationship with a therapist that you trust and connect with and I always appreciate the opportunity to connect with new clients ready to work and experience change.
I enjoy being able to offer hope and assist clients to establish goals and outcomes that help them thrive mentally, physically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
