My strength is being able to connect with others with compassion and warmth. I partner with the individuals I work with providing support and guidance toward meaningful changes and relief from whatever issues are troubling them. With over twenty-five years of experience in the field, my passion is on the focus of the whole person with a target on overall health within my practice at Health with Heart Counseling.

I love observing the courage individuals have as they first enter my door. Through connection with others, I've been able to observe healing and meaningful life changes.
