I can share with you refined ways of managing symptoms of depression, anxiety, low self -image, dealing with past traumas, addressing addictions, and relationship issues, utilizing depth work, motivational therapies, and cognitive behavioral therapies.
My specialties include: depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, and addiction(s). Many of these problems become interconnected making identification of core problems difficult. Together we will work to understand the context of your life and increase personal awareness conducive to a new sense of well-being.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist Associate with over 9 years of experience. I specialize in treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, addictions, and eating disorders.
