Training and Experience in: Couples Counseling, National Certification in Trauma Therapy, EFT Skills Training for supporting Adults with PTSD, Self Esteem and Trauma; Mental Health and Addiction Counselng w Individuals, Teens and Families.
How did you get started in this business?
I wanted to help young people find their way in life and starred out as a Volunteer for 7 years, then went back to College and earned my Degree in Agency and Community Counseling to help full time.
I started out providing Single Parent Support
Groups after working with youths, now I hold Mindfulness Groups for Adults and Teens throughout the year.

I have worked with all races and many cultures over my career as a Therapist. I am internationally Certified and have had clients in Brazil, England, Africa, India, Spain, Australia and China.
