I provide individual, couples, group and family counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and a National Certified Counselor for the past 15 years. I am currently working toward certification as a Certified Sex and Addictions Therapist (CSAT). I am also a Counselor Educator both the online environment and face-to-face.
I love what I do. It is my calling. I believe the body, spirit and mind must coincide in order for us as individuals to reach optimal living, self understanding and acceptance. Therefore, at the request of the client I can come from a Biblical approach knowing that combining this type of therapy will greatly impact the overall well being of the client.
I tend to only have one rule in my counseling sessions and that is the client cannot day “I don’t know.” The reason why is that more often than not we know why we do what we do. “I liked it.” “ It felt good.” There are a variety of reasons. My role is to journey you to the place so that you can be the most impactful you you can be.
