About
I desire to hold a safe space for individuals to gain insight and healing into themselves and their relationships. Holistic healing includes and effects biological, social, psychological, and spiritual factors. I believe that providing encouragement and acceptance are important to the therapeutic process. Being seen, understood and accepted as we actually are is vital in our journey of growth, peace, and joy. I aim to be a source of insight, clarification, and comfort for you. I am committed to being a witness and mirror in your transformative journey of becoming who you really are.
I have counseling experience with anxiety, depression, identity issues, perfectionism, existential crises, grief, relationships, communication, and difficulties related to religious and spiritual transition or trauma. Because of my background in literature, the arts, philosophy, I am able to see the human condition through many lenses and languages.
Whether you are trying to rebuild a sense of identity and meaning, or understand yourself and life in a deeper and kinder way, or seek support and guidance where you have been stuck, I commit to meeting you wherever you are. I like to work with people who are ready to encounter and face themselves, ready for inner work and welcome newness into the path.
I am honored to be able to sit with people and meet them exactly where they are. It's a privelege to support individuals and couples in their journey of healing, growth and self-understanding. It is a joy to me to see people become more and more themselves and taste more life in its fullness and vitality. To be welcomed into the difficult and tender places in clients' lives and beings is a skill and ability I am honored to participate in, with gentleness, wisdom, and acceptance.
