Jenn is absolutely amazing! We've been seeing her for about a year now and she has been such a great support. She has so much empathy, shows each of us understanding and helps us to see where the other one is coming from. We both feel seen by her and we can tell that both our feelings matter.
Jenn has helped us find ways to improve our communication with each other and navigate through every day problems without them turning bigger than they are. She has helped us identify behaviors that stem from our upbringing or cultural backgrounds and helped us have more understanding for each other. I am very happy that we made the decision to start therapy through regain and I am so thankful for all the support we've received from Jenn.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The person needs to contact our Client Access Team(CAT) at (314) 907-0216. Let them know one's interests in seeing me or another therapist if better fitted to needs/wants. The team will take down some basic information, schedule an assessment and the therapist assisgned to the person will reach out before appointment to assure all is ok with the person.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my LPC, NCC. I am supported by the ACA and have been actively engaged in my career for more than 20 years.

50.00/session; Accept credit cards, FSA, HSA and insurance.
How did you get started in this business?
My personal story about how I got started in my journey of caring for others was the appreciation and support I recieved when my father passed away of cancer. I knew then that I wanted to help others with life changes just as i was offered. In honor of him and for the love of people, I started and have not stopped since.

all ages from kids to 98 yrs of age.

I have an eclectic back ground because the want for Peace of Mind is not just for the One Issue or Symptom.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I have lots of things in life that I find Gratitude in: living, waking up, having supports of others... it is not that one thing out weighs others, ALL things can bring about positive when one's position in life has changed and their presception of it has gone to a positive mind set.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I believe people Need people. We are a Village. We need each other for support, for guidance, to help us better our own faults. Reaching out for support, shows strength and courage a person has and the want for change they deserve.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Am I happy? Do I want this to continue in my life? Can I do this alone?
