I know therapy can be intimidating and scary, but together, we will help you regain control of your life. I have found that many people want and need a safe space to be heard and understood, and that is when true healing begins. I use active listening and strong empathetic emotions to ensure my clients feel heard and their experiences and emotions feel validated.

Therapists usually get people at their most vulnerable or their most defensive, either way we work together and as we trust the process hopefully clients discover who they are and what their voice sounds like. I focus on client centered therapy with a skill set that includes: Rogerian and Junging techniques, CBT, certified in child play therapy (currently not taking on 17 and under), certified grief therapist (in-process), and Solution Focused and Psycho-education help. With specialities in ADHD, LGBT+ Communities, Anxiety and Depression, Grief work, Creativity and Creative power. I like thinking about therapy as the merging of consciousness
