What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially I speak with clients over the phone to gather information about what type of therapy they are seeking. Next, I schedule and initial session to see if we would be a good fit. The therapeutic relationship is the number one determinant of a successful, positive treatment outcome.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from MNU.
