Pain & difficulty can be opportunities for growth & change. I have extensive experience working with adults, parents, and children in crisis as well as experiencing struggles in everyday life. My approach is to partner with you to explore your emotions and behaviors, understand your experiences and hurts, and assist you in indentifying and utilzing your natural strengths to increase your ability to deal with the stressors unique to you.
